刘晶,女,1970生人,二級教授,博士研究生导师,牛津大学博士后。威尼斯人app注册送38-威尼斯平台官网-首页党委书记,大连干细胞与精准医学创新研究院院长。国家首批干细胞临床研究机构、国家级国际科技合作基地、国家地方联合工程实验室和国家基因检测示范中心主任。担任国际神经修复学会(IANR)脑性瘫痪分会主席,辽宁省干细胞临床研究专家委员会主任委员。2017年入选国家级领军人才,国家有突出贡献中青年专家,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,全国三八红旗手,辽宁省特聘教授,辽宁省首批“学术头雁”,辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”领军人才,辽宁省“青年名医”。全国首个备案“神经干细胞治疗小儿脑瘫临床研究”项目负责人,国家干细胞临床研究项目评审专家。主持科技部国际科技合作重大专项、国家首批干细胞临床研究项目、国防科技创新特区、辽宁省兴辽英才计划等科研项目20余项,经费2000余万元。在Molecular Cancer、Oncogene、ACS Applied Materials Interfaces等期刊发表论文100余篇,总影响因子超350,申请及授权专利20余项。 研究方向: 1.针对危害人民健康的重大疾病的疾病特异性干细胞移植规范化方案研究;干细胞相关技术如干细胞分离纯化技术、体内示踪技术、植入技术和相关设备研发,并推出疾病特异性干细胞技术工程包。 2.针对目前干细胞移植的关键性瓶颈问题,通过国际合作方式,引进技术,最终推出器官、修复病灶、细胞三特异性干细胞定植支架及定向生长分化关键技术,解决制约干细胞治疗重大疾病的关键性技术问题。 3.基于干细胞与三维组织工程技术构建的中药活性成分筛选平台,包括:神经损伤修复的中药天然活性产物筛选;针对神经退行性病变的中药天然活性产物筛选;抗肿瘤复发及迁移的中药筛选及机制研究等。 在研项目: 1) 国家卫计委与食药监局:干细胞治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的临床研究[批准号:CMR-20161129-1003号],立项时间:2017.7-2021年12月,资助金额:500万,主持人:刘晶 2) 国防科技创新特区:干细胞对病毒性肺炎的治疗及康复作用研究[批准号:19-163-00-KX-003-001-01号],立项时间:2020.3-2020.9,资助金额:60万,主持人:刘晶 3) 辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”项目: 干细胞神经损伤修复关键技术[批准号:XLYC1902031号],立项时间:2020.1.1-2022.12.31,资助金额:100万,主持人:刘晶 4) 大连市科技创新基金:临床级干细胞技术研发及在小儿脑瘫中的临床研究[批准号:2018J11CY025号],立项时间:2019.1.1-2021.12.30,资助金额:300,主持人:刘晶 代表文章(*为通讯编辑,IF>5分) : 1.
